Imaginative. Fun. Mindful.
Children’s Yoga classes are very similar to adult classes. They include breathing exercises, meditation, yoga postures and relaxation, but also incorporate creative play. We use the postures to play games, tell stories, explore themes and more. My classes are aimed at ages 3-12.

I have 10 years experience as a drama facilitator and children's yoga teacher, working in schools, arts organisations and creating online content. I have a full enhanced DBS and am a First Aider.
