I'm so excited to be back teaching a weekly class in the heart of Sutton Coldfield.

This is a Hatha Flow style class- open level but not suitable for absolute beginners. You can find more info by clicking the button below.

There is parking on site.
Please Bring your own Yoga Mat, Water & Jumpers/ Blankets to get cosy for Savasana!

Please note: The Arboretum are kindly gifting us free parking for arrivals within 30 minutes of class. You will be asked by parking attendants to show your booking confirmation email. If you would like to arrive earlier and explore the site, please book parking on their website (this costs £4). Upon arrival please use the entrance to the learning centre (to the left of the main reception entrance).
Please bring your own yoga mat, water, and jumpers/ blankets to get cosy for Savasana!
