In these 90 minute sessions we will combine movement and breath through a gentle sequence of yoga poses, designed to help you feel calm and shift negative energy from within the body. Then you will be invited to relax, get cosy and receive a soothing sound bath, enjoying the healing frequencies of the crystal singing bowls, voice, and other instruments.

We will have herbal tea available after the session!

We will be both moving and lying down, so please wear comfortable clothing, and bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water and anything else you need to be cosy (eg. jumpers, blankets, a cushion).

Please note: The Arboretum are kindly gifting us free parking for arrivals within 30 minutes of class. You may be asked by parking attendants to show your booking confirmation.

Upon arrival please use the entrance to the learning centre (to the left of the main reception entrance).
